What is it about?

Rare malignancy of the vulva with only 30 cases reported in English literature to date. Ulcerated, painless nodal change of the vulva was seen on first visit with local ointment treatment without success. Biopsy results was breast cancer with imunohystochemical confirmation of lobular type.

Why is it important?

Minimally invasive treatment of very aggressive disease was shown in this case report.

Perspectives

This is the first reported case with survival of patient more than ten years without recidive. We should pay attention on changes of the vulva and decrease time for diagnosis. According to the literature radicality of procedures did not prolonged survival but increase mortality and complications.
