What is it about?
This paper explores the unruly and unwanted stories of the southern Peak District as a way to challenge the existing Romantic ideals of the region and to provide a new approach to thinking about heritage in the landscape.

This is important because as impacts from climate change and other environmental factors are forcing us to look at he way we protect and conserve places, this paper provides alternatives to existing ways that places like these can be newly approach.
