If you plan to teach with videos you need also do a careful plan to ensure that they really are watched by your students.
Perspectives
I've been using IT for teaching medicine since late 1990s. IT is wonderful and helps the teacher but it is not a silver bullet just like that. I've found out that we need several methods to support our students to really utilize the IT-based learning materials.
