What is it about?
The article deals with the Mojahedin's propaganda strategy and its failure to obtain international attention against Iran. At first, the Mojahedin won this attention but, once Iran walked in to the propaganda territory, the Mojahedin felt Iran massive and aggressive attention.

Why is it important?
As we see war, we might think that it should be only in the battlefields, yet, this case study improves that the propaganda and psychological warfare has much weight to enforce the other side to react as you wish and want.
Perspectives
My personal perspective is that both sides, the Mojahedin vs. Iran, are far away to be or to pretend to be the innocent side. Both were crucial and acted from hatred more than from pure agenda. Both sides failed to persuade the international arena with their claims. At the end of the day, the Mojahedin lost the Iranian's people sympathy, and that's the real lost of the Mojahedin.
