Why is it important?
Pedagogical leadership is a concept with growing attention in the field of education and is regarded as an essential skill to be developed and practiced as early as in early childhood education. In this article, my colleagues and I delved into early childhood education teachers' perspectives on pedagogical leadership and their implications for early childhood education, including teachers, administrators, children, and families in Finland and the United States.
Perspectives
Writing this article was a fantastic experience because of its collaborative nature with professors who are experts in pedagogical leadership from both countries. The opportunity to learn from them, their perspectives, and their writing styles in designing the study was unparalleled.
