What is it about?
For the first time, we were able to optimize the diagrid structure for a high-rise building with a variety of forms, with the Parametric and with the Rhino\grasshopper\karamba .

Why is it important?
The optimal models are resulted by means of genetic algorithm-based optimization. Ultimately, it is found that the optimum bound for diagrid angle is between 53° and 70° and if the number of polygonal cross-sections goes up, the efficiency of the buildings with diagrids that have the optimum diagonal angles increases.
Perspectives
I hope that this article will make architects designing important parameters for designing free forms for high-rise buildings. Simultaneous construction and architecture optimization.
