Why is it important?
Fiscal policy is the only single instrument on the demand side to offset the idiosyncratic shocks and sound public finances are also the basis for sustainable and sound economic growth. This study provides better understanding and information to stakeholders as well as helps to find the impact of expenditure and revenue on economy at large.
Perspectives
An active and efficient role of government is required for macroeconomic stability as well as government has to consider all the consequence before expanding its expenditure at the cost of inflation in the economy.
