This research provides a broader overview of the actual state of LPS implementation worldwide, investigates the extent of implementing the LPS in Gaza Strip, Palestine and assesses the challenges, variation causes and critical success factors (CSFs) that may affect the future implementation of LPS in Gaza Strip, Palestine.

Perspectives

I hope this research will help the contracting firms to establish new strategies and policies to improve their managerial practices by using the findings of this research as a reference. Moreover, I hope it will form a basis for the development of further studies in the area of LPS.
