Why is it important?

The paper recognizes the contribution of PMR to the field of public management with the primary focus on interorganizational collboartions, public private partnerships, reforms in public management, management, leadership, governance, challenges, accountability and innovation in public service organizations.

Perspectives

Our team endeavored a bibliometric study to ascertain the leading themes in a journal (PMR) which has contributed immensely to the field of public management. With 33 publication (2 citation) in 1999 to 89 publication (3158 citation) in 2018; the journal has come a long way to improve its productivity ( e.g. Scopus CiteScore =4.29, Scimago Journal Ranking = 1.756, H Index = 53) and reputation (ABDC A ranked and rated 3 by CABS).
