What is it about?
This is about an arts practice research project called The Verbatim Formula that uses performance with young people in the state of the care, and students who are care-experienced. It raises questions about the marketisation and managerialism of higher education, in relation to the experiences of the most marginalised students.

Why is it important?
As universities become ever more marketised, and the care system in the UK suffers under economic austerity, it is important to acknowledge issues of exclusion and injustice that this context is producing.
