What is it about?

This study describes the faculty attitude towards learning through YouTube videos. The study found that there are three types of users on use YouTube a) Passive users/faculty member just watch the video from YouTube b) Participative users they not only watch the video also comments and like and share the video. c) Active Users on YouTube they create their own video and upload it on YouTube. This paper explores the YouTube Usage of the Faculty members as learning tools and what is the media literacy status of the faculty member of the engineering institute. Engineering and other Techincal Education video learning and tool are very effective to understand and clear the concept there is an option you can watch uncounted views of a video.

In this study, Researchers apply t-test to know the gender wises which gender faculty members are more active on YouTube, test results show that male members are a more active participant on YouTube

This study is helpful for the librarian, YouTube experts, students and faculty to use YouTube as learning tools and share more academic videos for the learning purpose to students, researcher and faculty members
