What is it about?
Nobody can escape having at least some bias. Every researcher has a unique POV. This article shows how the political science profession can be organized so as to filter out the affects of researcher bias. No matter what a political science researcher's political philosophy is, for example, the organization suggested can clean up the presentation of the research results.
