What is it about?

India's relations with the Arab Gulf States have significantly improved over the past decade, an indication of the dwindling impact of the Pakistan factor on India's relations with the Gulf. This paper argues that, in fact Pakistan's unabated support for jihadi-terrorism has in recent years helped Indian gain political mileage among the Gulf States, especially Saudi Arabia an the UAE.
