What is it about?

This paper deals with the vote of no-confidence. It is a tool by which parliament can express its lack of support for the government. The paper develops and conceptualize a series of indicators that affect the relative ease with which parliament can challenge and terminate government. The study proposes the first ever framework for analyzing votes of no confidence.
