What is it about?

A serial argument is an argument that happens several times on the same topic, among the same people. This tends to be on issues that are important to the participants because it takes energy to do this. This is most familiar in marriages and families, but it also happens at work. This is probably the first empirical study of serial arguments in the workplace.
