Nowadays health monitoring system has become more personalized and home based system.In this work we have designed a home based patient monitoring system and in order to deliver medicine at right time with required dosage we have designed a smart health care box.Additionally we have used IoT concept to monitor the daily drug dosage and for communication between the doctor and patient
