What is it about?
It is a comparative study between conventional piled raft foundation Vs under reamed piled raft foundation. In recent years, various construction projects are being constructed on alluvial soil. The characteristic of soft soil is compressible under vertical load and probability of differential settlement is increased. Pile can be used to control the settlement upto acceptable limit along with raft being combined piled-raft foundation system. (CPRS).

Under reamed piled raft foundation system provides more safe and economical solution Vs conventional piled raft foundation i.e. friction piled raft foundation system.
Perspectives
