What is it about?

This Study airms to determine the effect of welding time on the structure and strength of the spot welded mild steel and aluminum with zinc powder as filler on the locator of the two specimen. the results of the stress test show that the filler zinc and welding time affect the strength of the spot welded joint

Why is it important?

in the industrial world, the spot welding process is well known. Spot Welding is generally utilized in the car business for chipping away at vehicle bodies or casings. one of the techniques used in this research is the dissmilar metal method, which is the technique of joining two diffrent metals. The splicing of dissimilar metals aims to determine the strength of the connection between aluminum and mild steel which has been given a locator by adding zinc filler in it
