Why is it important?
The purpose of this study is to assist the project manager in making a project schedule, when the project starts and when the project is finished and how long it takes to complete the project.
Perspectives
The result of this research is to assist the project manager in determining how long it will take to implement the project and to know which work is considered critical (work that cannot be postponed) so that any obstacles can be overcome so that the project can be completed on time.
