What is it about?

In this paper, biological resistive random access memory which has very stable bipolar switching characteristics, a high on/off current ratio, and a long retention time was prepared based on the natural biological material—egg albumen. The function of the logic gate circuit based on memristor auxiliary logic is constructed by using biomemristor performance and successfully realizes AND, OR, NOT, NAND and NOR logic functions.
