What is it about?

Role of short term memory in academic excellence. We have shown a twelve weeks skipping exercise intervention has improved short memory capacity of children aged between 7 to 12 years old. There is almost no evidence or measurement that able to quantify the short term memory improvement from similar studies. In this study we have used both quantitative and qualitative method in quantifying the short term memory outcome.

Why is it important?

Our findings show that the consistent 20 minutes skipping exercise based on the planned protocol for 8 weeks are able to boost the short term memory of the children between 7 - 12 years old. All the 15 participants joined the the program showed an improvement but on their own capacity. This protocol carefully considered both exercise and memory management among children in the health perspective.

Perspectives

Reporting this result was a great satisfaction. Felt great looking at the improvement portrayed by the children after the 8 weeks intervention. The happiness of the parents made us amazed.
