Accessible facilities are important in any public transport stations. It really helps disabled passengers to commute from one point to another. But, what is the current performance of accessible facilities in Malaysia?

Why is it important?
based on the results obtained, the facility for disabled people in both terminals is moderate which around 60%. Thus, there are other facilities need to be developed and upgraded to ensure the disabled passenger can easily move in the terminals.
Perspectives
This article can be a starting point to a research which contributes to developing good guidelines related to the public transport stations terminals/stations design and development.
