What is it about?
In this work we describe a system to accurately characterize microwave devices at a temperature of a few millikelvin over several GHz of bandwidth. This is the temperature at which superconducting quantum circuits operate. This work provides a calibration tool to accurately characterize microwave superconducting quantum devices over a wide bandwdith.
