What is it about?
The dynamics of the spins and the structural parameters of thermal treated samples of Eu1−xFexCrO3 (x = 0, 0.1 and 0.2) were investigated. The super-exchange parameter J was also obtained yielding a good correlation with the values of TN.

Why is it important?
The model developed by Zhou and Goodenough is used to describe the magnetic interactions in chromites. The exchange-parameter J and the Cr-O-Cr were found to be strongly correlated.
Perspectives
This work it is a nice test of the Zhou-Goodenough model for chromites.
