What is it about?

Extended surfaces can increase the rate of cooling hot surfaces. In fact, it increases with surface area exposed for heat dissipation. We tried incorporation of new kinds of manufacturing technologies that can produce micro-scratches on these extended surface so that more surface will be exposed for heat dissipation.

Why is it important?

In Industry, there is always need of efficient compact extended surfaces so that the size of that device will be small and cooling also will be effective.

Perspectives

In authors opinion, this is master piece of solution to industries as compactness achieved by creating micro-scratches by 40% or heat dissipation rate increased by 35%. With the help of simulation the objectives are achieved, experimental work is in process. Very soon we will strongly conclude using experimental work.
