What is it about?

Lithium - Beam Emission Spectroscopy (Li-BES) method serves for indirect measurement of plasma density. Algorithm for conversion of Li-BES signal to density value is required. This article provides information about reconstruction algorithm which is fast enough to process big amount of data from fast and relatively calibrated Li-BES measurements.

Why is it important?

Reconstruction algorithm can process big amount of data in relatively short time. It requires only relatively calibrated light signal. Method for density error estimation is also provided.

Perspectives

I hope this article describes the reconstruction process from raw data to density + error value in compact way. More detailed information can be found in referenced articles.
