Why is it important?

A new typ of open-pore film drainage has been developted. The drainage has a small bore diameter of 4-6 mm. The paper includes a video which showes construction of the new drainage.

Perspectives

With the innovative device new minimal-invasive indications for endoscopic negative pressure therapy can be found such a treatment of pancreatic cyst.
