What is it about?

Deployment of plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) is supposed to be a good solution to economic and environmental problems, but do PEVs always have a positive effect? We have shown for the first time that PEVs could have an adverse effect on the transportation and electricity industries. We have studied different contributing factors in this problem. Also, we have offered some effective solutions.
