Resonant inductive coupling is a promising wireless charging technology for electrical vehicle. This article presented future challenges to develop a reliable charging system for electric vehicle based on 2011 to 2019 published articles. These challenges covers the materials and structure designs, compensation circuit structures, performance parameters, and circuit analysis methods.
