Different from other planning methods, the investment risk caused by wind power uncertainty is considered in this paper.


I hope this article makes more people use hybrid energy storage systems to cooperate with renewable generation in the distribution network. Besides the worst-case based planning strategy, the conditional value at risk is used to decide the size of the hybrid energy storage system.
