What is it about?

The article shows how the initiator protein(positive controller) binds to the origin and is chased by negative controller.

Why is it important?

DNA replication should occur just once in one cell cycle. This is explained by chasing the initiator by SeqA(negative controller) at the origin. However even now we dont know how SeqA is eliminated.
