What is it about?

This article explains how a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) framework can be applied to enact the recently revised Communication Bill of Rights for Persons with Severe Disabilities. After presenting the full set of rights, four rights are highlighted for deeper discussion with an emphasis on the role of families.
