What is it about?
Here, we assess how speech pathology exercises, namely cough suppression therapy techniques, are able to impact patients' self-reported severity of swallowing discomfort. This study examines these symptom changes in patients with both chronic cough and dysphagia, and we observe that swallowing discomfort is reduced in patients following these therapy interventions.
