What is it about?

Language is an important part of interacting with others. Some children struggle with their language skills, which can lead to a diagnosis of Developmental Language Disorder. It has been suggested that children who struggle with their language skills also have difficulties with their social skills and social interaction due to a lack of effective language skills. This paper examined the relation between language skills and social abilities in children who have been diagnosed with Developmental Language Disorder.
