What is it about?

Genetic transcription requires the melting of DNA at promoter regions. The promoter is a genomic sequence where transcription machinery orchestrated. Promoter delineation from other genomic sequences is a challenging task. This paper reports the application of DNA stability based tool "PromPredict" for the identification of promoters.
