What is it about?

Time pressure at work leads to fatigue among employees. In this study, we could show that this relationship is mediated by working longer than the regular work hours on a weekly basis. Especially employees who rate high on perfectionism are more likely to expand work hours and to work faster in order to complete all tasks within one week and are thus at higher risk for feeling fatigued from work.
