What is it about?
My paper explores the mental health of Vietnamese undergraduates, a topic that has received increasing attention but still lacks sufficient evidence-based research. Specifically, the study examines how students’ mindfulness—measured across five distinct facets—relates to their resilience.

Why is it important?
The findings suggest that mindfulness-based approaches can be integrated into higher education to strengthen students’ resilience, which in turn may improve their mental health and overall well-being.
Perspectives
In my view, although this study has certain limitations, it is timely and relevant. Mental health in Vietnamese educational settings is often overlooked, with academic success (such as GPAs) still taking priority. This research is particularly significant in the post–COVID-19 context, as many Vietnamese students have reported mental health challenges that impact both their well-being and academic performance.
