What is it about?
This test helps evaluate an individual's executive functioning, which is their ability to remember information, think flexibly, and control their behavior. It specifically measures their ability to focus, follow directions, and handle emotions. The user wears the virtual reality glasses and plays a game in which they serve ice cream in an ice cream parlor. The rules get progressively harder and the user has to remember a list of rules while serving ice cream.

Why is it important?
This is the first test to place a test taker in an environment in which they have to use their executive functioning skills in a virtual environment. The test has strong normative data from Spain. It is a unique step for psychological testing toward more ecological evaluations.
