Why is it important?
With thorough preparation to fully address the ‘Why’ of Mindful learning, using creative content and first-hand experiences, Mindfulness can deeply impact the lives of children. A sense of self-agency and self-efficacy is cultivated to support them to live life with compassionate awareness.
Perspectives
Sharing creative, inquiry-based Mindful education to children from 4-18 years, from all walks of life, for over 20 years, has been a rich journey of discovery and countless blessings. I hope this article will open hearts and minds to explore ways to captivate children to make personal discoveries to bring mindful learning to life, as they deeply befriend themselves and make the most of their resourceful minds.
