What is it about?

Imagine that you are late for work but that you are still waiting for the bus. You feel very anxious, and you look at your watch countless times. In this situation, time seems to stand still. In contrast, when you are watching your favorite ball game, you feel very excited, and you do not pay attention to the time. In this situation, time seems to fly. This paper explores the psychological mechanism of these phenomena.
