The value structure in socioeconomically less developed European countries still remains an ellipse

What is it about?

The value structure according to Schwartz is a circle. In "developed" countries that holds. But in former communist and in other less developed countries only the prosocial and hedonistic pols span the map, hence only a ellipse can be found.
