What is it about?

Mindfulness - the ability to pay attention on purpose, in the present moment, and without judgment - has become a topic increasing interest in leadership development and consulting. It is more natural to some than others (personalities) and is associated with Hogan personality scales of adjustment and, perhaps surprisingly, ambition. It also comes less naturally to cautious, leisurely, and excitable.
