What is it about?

We pooled together data from many past experiments to understand the forces that shape and underlie dishonesty in group settings. Our work uncovered that group level dishonesty is driven by various factors. For instance, group members affect each other’s behavior - the more one member lies, the more their partner lies, which in turn escalates dishonesty over time.
