What is it about?
This project was a product of Dr. Kevin Cokley's Division 45 Presidential Task Force on Cross-Racial/Ethnic Solidarity: Toward Being an Accomplice. As part of the American Psychological Association's goal to dismantle white supremacy and oppressive structures, we believe that an effective way to do this is through solidarity work. Through various conversations, we constructed this framework, expanding on Craig & Richeson's (2016) model.
