This article reports Mandarin speakers’ perspectives on gratitude in the Mandarin Gratitude Group and in Chinese culture. Participants indicated that a culturally adapted gratitude psychotherapeutic group intervention helped them adaptively cultivate and express gratitude, as well as experience holistic growth.
