What is it about?

This study found that the Chinese version of the Vocational Cognitive Rating Scale (VCRS) and the Work Behavior Inventory (WBI) are reliable tools in measuring the ability of people with severe mental illnesses to do their jobs. Certain symptoms of mental illness are related to how well people can work. For instance, having fewer disorganization symptoms and more affective symptoms seems to relate to better ratings on the VCRS and efficient work. Meanwhile, negative symptoms seem to make it harder for people to be rated well on general work condition and regular work habits.
