Why is it important?

This study culminates in the validation of an organizational justice scale that mitigates the lack of adapted instruments for the Portuguese population. This scale can be an extremely useful tool for management, while additionally contributing to our understanding of the relationship between employee and organization.

Perspectives

I hope this adaptation encourages and expedite cross-cultural research, providing a reliable tool for studies that encompass organizational justice.
