We emphasize the crucial importance of involving families throughout the entire stem cell transplant experience to enhance patient outcomes and promote overall family health and well-being. The results of our exploration lead us to introduce the HCT family resilience model—a comprehensive synthesis of various family and nursing theories, along with HCT concepts. This model serves as a valuable guide for HCT family care.
