Why is it important?

Brief reflection of the way in which mental health providers are also affected by our work emotionally. Caregivers also need caregiving for selves.

Perspectives

The work of being a therapist is important, humbling, and awe-inspiring but also can be emotionally overwhelming at times. Sharing some reflections via a poem allowed some positive release and sharing with colleagues.
