Why is it important?

Productivity has become our disease. As the world rapidly changes around us, flexible working has added ammunition to our ‘always on’ culture. Blurring work-life boundaries and leaving us operating in survival mode. Apart from the well-being impact, operating in this way limits our ability to flourish. Imagine what could be possible for you, your team and organisation, if you could identify and build the exact skills needed to unlock healthy and happy high-performance?

Perspectives

My objective in developing the Intentional Adaptability Quotient® is to challenge leaders around the world to look at productivity through a more holistic lens and redefine what high performance looks like. When we support people to adapt with intention we empower them to flourish in work and in life.
